Tuna Burgers

  • 2 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing & Dip Mix​​

  • 1 5 oz can of Wild Skip jack Light Tuna drained

  • 1/2 cup Beanitos Black Bean or White Bean Chips ground up in a blender or food processor (or just put some in a plastic baggie & smash with a rolling pin!)​

  • 1 egg

  • About 1/3 cup of finely chopped bell pepper

  • About 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • A large clove of garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine with hands.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Form the tuna mixture into patties and place directly on hot skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes a side until browning and warmed thru. These taste the best when use spread some of our Awesome Sauce on them!
