Tuna Burgers

1 5 oz can of Wild Skip jack Light Tuna drained
1/2 cup Beanitos Black Bean or White Bean Chips ground up in a blender or food processor (or just put some in a plastic baggie & smash with a rolling pin!)
1 egg
About 1/3 cup of finely chopped bell pepper
About 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
A large clove of garlic minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine with hands.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Form the tuna mixture into patties and place directly on hot skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes a side until browning and warmed thru. These taste the best when use spread some of our Awesome Sauce on them!
