Pickles-N-Things is America’s first and only line of salsa in a jar made with fresh tomatoes!
We most always use local, vine-ripened tomatoes from Backyard Farms. Tomato Fact: Tomatoes shipped in from out of the area are ripened with chemicals. All other salsas are made with canned tomatoes which are most likely processed using lye (to peel them & that's what soap is made with) -YUCK!
So, here's the deal
Most of us are eating better these days and making more deliberate food choices. Let's face it, you get what you pay for. We go above & beyond the other "home made"-small batch brands to bring you the best products on the market. One of the ways we do this is to be selective with our ingredients! Don't assume that just because a product is made in small batches or has that "home made" look it has the purest of ingredients.
