WATERMELON RIND RELISH

Chris made this relish on a whim & brought it to our Cumberland show. Rick said no one would buy it. We sold all 24 jars made by day 3 of our 4 day show! A sweet, mild relish with an extra addition of watermelon rind to give this relish and awesome flavor. Sweet like old fashioned hamburger relish but better! If like like our Wicked Good Relish, you will love this, too!
