Chris made this relish on a whim & brought it to our Cumberland show. Rick said no one would buy it. We sold all 24 jars made by day 3 of our 4 day show! A sweet, mild relish with an extra addition of watermelon rind to give this relish and awesome flavor. Sweet like old fashioned hamburger relish but better!
