Carrot cake in a jar…all that is missing is the cream cheese icing! Spread on cinnamon toast, crackers, bagels with cream cheese. Warm & serve over vanilla ice cream. Mix w/cream cheese for a dip that takes like a frosted cake & serve with ginger snaps or spice cake. Great as a ham glaze, too!
