APPLE PEPPER JELLY

Try something a little differnt form your traditional pepper jelly - apples with a hint of jalapeno & horseradish. It is mild but the heat lingers in your mouth longer because of the horseradish! Great salmon glaze, serve w/cream cheese & crackers, use on Chinese or Thai food (perfect on pad thai). Use in our Apple Pork Tenderloin recipe.

Even folks who don't like horseradish like this pepper jelly!
